About Bedrock Housing Consultants
Specialized financial leadership, fractional CFO services, and operational support for public housing agencies and affordable housing providers across multiple states.
Strengthening internal capacity without external disruption.
Bedrock Housing Consultants provides fractional CFO services and flexible, à la carte financial support to public housing agencies and property management companies serving the affordable housing industry.
Every organization has different financial needs. Some clients require experienced CFO-level leadership and strategic guidance, while others need targeted assistance with accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, software utilization, or day-to-day financial operations.
Bedrock’s services are designed to fill those gaps, strengthen internal capacity, and provide leadership and boards with reliable financial information for confident decision-making.
Working alongside each client’s staff and within its existing systems, Bedrock provides dependable support that functions as an extension of the organization’s internal team.
“Our mission is to help affordable housing organizations build stronger financial foundations so they can remain focused on the communities and residents they serve.”

Why maintaining data inside client-owned systems matters.
Many outside financial consultants insist on moving client records into proprietary external software or third-party databases. Bedrock takes the opposite approach.
100% Data Ownership
All general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and audit files remain inside your organization’s software, so your agency maintains total ownership.
Immediate Real-Time Access
Executive directors and board members can view real-time financial reporting at any moment without waiting for external export files or monthly summaries.
Seamless Continuity
If your internal staffing changes, your financial historical data and ledger setups are already completely organized within your agency software.
